The
machine is suitable for correct testing of accuracy on hobs, worms
and other thread-formed workpieces. For specifying of lead, flanc
form, the cutter helix and pitch, the accumulative of all cutting
edges in one pitch, the gash spacing and the spiral angle, the
concentricity over the crests of the teeth and the cutting face
position, the concentricity and true running of face. Testing
is effected from roof to top and recorded in a diagram by makrograph
(electronic measuring and recording device). The machine is also
suitable for testing of shaper cutter. |
