This
"ultra-high-precision" measuring machine reaches an measuring
accuracy of less than 2 µm, the repeating precision is about 1µm.
To reach this high precision a laser-interferometer has been built
in, instead of a glass-measuring system. The movements of machine
are checked individually and mechanical errors are compensated
automatically. All computer-measuring programs written in DCC
can be used on this machine. The machine has an automatic temperatur
compensation for all axes and workpiece. |
